Bay Village - Lake Road


We demolished a house in May to start construction on this beautiful house on Lake Road. We start framing the end of June and are excited to use Nudura ICF for the foundation, 1st and 2nd Floor exterior walls.  We are currently installing the cabinets and expect to start the wood floor installation in the next few weeks

Westlake - Fox Run SL 10

Avon - Jaycox Road

We just finished drywall and start tile work this upcoming week. In addition, to this beautiful home we just started construction on their pool barn.

Avon - Mills Road

We just submitted plans to build another house in Avon. We expect to start the demolition of the existing house this summer.
