We’re excited to share that this beautiful home was completed just in time for the new year! This project marks a major milestone for us—our first build using Nudura ICF for both the foundation and the exterior walls on the first and second floors—delivering exceptional energy efficiency and long‑term durability.
Our homeowners have been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, and we’ll truly miss collaborating with them. Watching the stunning design by SMC Interior Design come to life has been incredibly rewarding, and we couldn’t be prouder of the final result.

Progress continues on this stunning project!
The exterior of the house and all landscaping are now complete, beautifully framing the incredible views of the man‑made pond beside our very first pole barn. With the exterior finished, we’re nearly done installing all of the custom cabinets and countertops, and we expect to complete the painting in the coming week.
In the coming weeks, we’ll begin installing appliances and plumbing fixtures—bringing us one step closer to the finished home!
Westlake - Fox Run SL 4
We’re thrilled to share progress on one of the last remaining lots in The Reserve at Fox Run! Preliminary plans have been completed, and the architect is now refining the design. Construction drawings will be underway soon, bringing us one step closer to turning this beautiful lot into a custom dream home.
Avon - Mills Road
Progress continues on this stunning project!
We’re working with the city on our engineering permit. Last month, we demolished the existing house and began boring under Mills Road to connect the sanitary system. We’re also coordinating with the Illumination Company to install a new utility pole, and we expect this work to be completed in the coming months.
The homeowners are currently working with their design team and finalizing exterior selections. We hope to start clearing the lot soon. This property is absolutely beautiful, and we’re thrilled to be building another custom home in such a fantastic location.
